The Role Isaac Health is seeking a detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and personable Intake Coordinator. In this role you will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and our scheduling system. Collect, verify, and organize patient intake information accurately. Support patients in setting up for their telehealth visits, including basic tech troubleshooting. Maintain clear communication with clinicians and other internal teams. Proactively address and overcome appointment cancellations by re‑engaging patients or offering alternate options. Document all interactions and updates in our EMR system promptly. Follow up with patients as needed to ensure continuity of care and satisfaction. Required Skills And Qualifications Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfort with using digital platforms and basic troubleshooting (Zoom, EMRs, online forms, etc.). Experience in a healthcare or telehealth environment is preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, remote setting. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus.
