Click that “Apply Now” button faster than a fryer heats up About the position The Buyer will support the Sr Buyer in procurement processes within QSRP in particular managing food categories. Categories in scope are within all temperature types; ambient, fresh, frozen and ultra‑fresh products. Manage a spend portfolio of EUR 20 to 50m of food categories Define and Lead the full commercial process for business allocation: launch of RFQs, negotiations with suppliers, contract negotiation, monitoring of suppliers performance, supplier onboarding etc. Define sourcing strategies Manage strategic supplier relationships Develop expert knowledge on your categories, having a full understanding of the industry end to end What do you bring Has a master degree within procurement, supply chain, economics or finance Has 3-4 years of experience in a buyer role, ideally in the restaurant, service or distribution/food sectors Is perfectly fluent in English; additional languages (French, German or Italian) will be considered a plus Has excellent knowledge of Excel Is available to travel from time to time in different countries to visit the group's business units or the suppliers that are in scope As an individual you are Has good analytical skills and eye for detail Can make things happen due to his/her commercial flair Is assertive, determined, an entrepreneur and result oriented Why join us on your journey?
