Reporting to a Lead SRE, you will ensure our products are reliably served to users worldwide. A strong background in development and system administration is expected, as our systems evolve and so do the tools to observe and maintain their resilience.Minimum QualificationsExperience as a developer in Go, Python, or RustExperience in system programming with scripting languages (bash, Python)Ability to troubleshoot production system failuresPositive attitude and team collaboration desirePassion for tooling improvements and automationExperience with Linux systems (Ubuntu/Debian)Knowledge of cloud architecture (baremetal, VMs, containers, orchestrators)Understanding of networks: TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, IPv6, BGP, network virtualizationProficiency in English, capable of technical documentation and communicationPreferred QualificationsExperience with infrastructure as code and CI/CDPhysical hardware automation experienceMonitoring & logging systems expertiseRelational database administrationKnowledge of cloud platforms and use casesInitiative-taking to propose and defend solutionsTeam player with knowledge sharing and participation in team ritualsGood communication and coaching skillsResponsibilitiesCreate and optimize tools & documentation for incident management and automationTroubleshoot high-impact issues with engineering teamsManage on-call duties, mitigate production issues, and ensure customer satisfactionLeverage observability and monitoring tools to maintain high service qualityManage the lifecycle of production productsImplement best practices for stability, resiliency, scalability, security, and performanceTechnical StackPython, Go, RustRabbitMQPostgreSQLHA Proxy, Nginx, REST APIs / FlaskS3 APISentry, Prometheus, Grafana, ElasticSearch, Fluentd, KibanaAnsible, AWX, Foreman, SaltGitLab, NexusUbuntu, Debian, CentOSJira, Confluence, Slack, GSuiteLocationThis position is based in our offices in Paris, Toulouse, or Lille (France).
