More than 150 cities equipped in France. 80 % reduction of illegal dumping. 16 M€ funding raised in 2025. Team of 60+ people. Contexte & Mission Vizzia aims for 10 M€ ARR in 18 months. To support growth, we are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage strategic accounts. Responsabilités principales Accompagnement stratégique & relation client. Être l’interlocuteur·rice principal·e des décideurs et parties-prenantes. Comprendre leurs enjeux métiers et construire une relation de confiance durable. Piloter les comités de suivi, assurer la satisfaction globale et anticiper les besoins futurs. Superviser les phases d’implémentation : cadrage, formation, prise en main. Garantir l’adoption optimale des solutions Waste et Safety. Identifier les leviers d’amélioration et veiller à la fluidité de l’expérience client. Piloter le portefeuille stratégique, détecter les opportunités d’expansion. Négocier les renouvellements et extensions de contrats en collaboration avec l’équipe Sales. Collaborer avec les équipes Sales et Produit pour co‑construire des solutions adaptées. Profil recherché 4 à 7 ans d’expérience en Customer Success, Account Management ou Consulting. Expérience en gestion de grands comptes publics ou privés. Expérience en management ou forte volonté d’évoluer en lead. Capacité à naviguer entre terrain et décideurs. Excellente communication écrite et orale, sens politique et pédagogie. Organisation, autonomie et rigueur. Bonus Appétence pour la donnée, la vidéo, ou l’environnement / sécurité urbaine. Expérience en phase de scale‑up ou structuration d’équipe Customer Success. Les avantages Hybride à Paris. Contrat cadre et RTT (8–12 jours par an). Mac ou PC selon tes préférences.
