We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Partner to lead and expand their Cybersecurity Advisory and Managed Services practice.
This is a pivotal role in the firm, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, and deep cybersecurity expertise.
As a Partner, you will be responsible for driving growth, building client relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions that address the evolving cybersecurity including threat management, security operations, incident response, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow the Cybersecurity Advisory and Managed Services practice, focusing on areas such as threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
- Identify market trends and emerging threats to position our firm as a leader in proactive and reactive cybersecurity solutions.
- Define service offerings and solutions tailored to meet evolving cybersecurity needs of clients across various industries.
Business Development:
- Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts, emphasising the value of managed security services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies, including penetration testing, security assessments, and managed detection and response (MDR) services.
Client Engagement:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity advisory and managed services to clients, ensuring effective threat detection, incident response, and compliance.
- Provide expert guidance on developing and implementing cybersecurity programs, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex security landscapes and achieve robust security postures.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity professionals, including security analysts, incident responders, and threat hunters.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices.
- Promote professional development and provide opportunities for team members to advance their skills and careers in cybersecurity.
Thought Leadership:
- Represent the firm as a thought leader in cybersecurity, contributing to industry forums, conferences, and publications.
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, CCPA, and NIST frameworks.
- Drive the development of innovative cybersecurity solutions and frameworks to address complex security challenges.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership in cybersecurity consulting or a related field.
- Extensive experience in business development and client relationship management within the cybersecurity domain.
- A strong network across different indsutries with a focus on cyber advisory and managed services.
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity strategy, threat management, incident response, compliance, and managed services.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable cybersecurity plans.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing cybersecurity teams.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable.
