The programme is designed to support organisations in building effective vendor relationships, ensuring contractual adherence, mitigating risks, and maximising operational value. The course combines practical frameworks, real‑world case studies, and interactive discussions to enhance professional decision‑making in vendor management.Key Responsibilities:Deliver the Vendor Qualification, Performance, and Contract Compliance Management course in line with the approved curriculum and learning objectivesPrepare, customise, and develop all training materials, presentations, case studies, exercises, and supporting documentationCoordinate all course‑related activities with Cambridge for Global Training before and during the programmeReceive, manage, and verify all shipped training materials, documentation, or equipment prior to the courseHandle on‑site logistics coordination, including training room setup, materials arrangement, and session readinessEnsure high‑quality course delivery in line with professional and executive training standardsFacilitate interactive discussions, practical exercises, and real‑world case studiesMaintain effective session flow, time management, and participant engagement throughout the programmeCourse Coverage Requirements:The trainer must be able to confidently deliver all course units, including:Vendor qualification principles, criteria, and assessment methodologiesVendor performance monitoring frameworks and KPIsContract compliance management and legal and regulatory considerationsVendor relationship management and conflict resolution strategiesRisk management, mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement in vendor managementRequired Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 10 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, vendor management, contract management, or operationsProven experience delivering vendor management, procurement, or contract compliance training programmesStrong knowledge of vendor qualification processes, performance evaluation tools, and contract compliance frameworksExcellent facilitation, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Profile:Background in procurement, supply chain, operations, or consulting firmsPractical experience managing vendor contracts, performance reviews, audits, and risk mitigationExperience working with international vendors and cross‑functional stakeholdersAvailability to be physically present in Paris during the course datesInterested candidates are invited to apply by sharing:Brief summary of relevant training delivery experienceList of similar courses delivered previouslyOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Seniority level:Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type:ContractJob function:Education and TrainingIndustries:Professional Training and Coaching #J-18808-Ljbffr
