Votre mission LHH Recruitment Solutions, a multi-specialized executive search and leadership recruitment firm, is seeking an : Architect IT SAP Functional Integration Lead (M / F) Context As part of a major strategic transformation, our client – an international organization operating across multiple entities – is strengthening its Enterprise Applications team. This team plays a central role within the IT department, providing support, innovation, and consistency across business applications, including a global ERP and related solutions in Finance, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Treasury. The team is structured around Functional teams, Service Operations, and a Delivery team responsible for strategic projects. In this context, LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled IT SAP Functional Integration Lead, a pivotal role for cross-functional coordination and integration within the SAP S / 4HANA transformation program. This position acts as a bridge between business process owners, implementation partners, and technical teams, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment of the SAP solution across an international environment. Key Responsibilities Functional & Application Architecture define and maintain the functional and application architecture around the ERP, primarily SAP. ensure alignment of SAP S / 4HANA architecture with overall IT strategy and business objectives. map and transform business processes to unlock new opportunities and drive value creation. Project Leadership & Coordination act as the functional lead across SAP S / 4HANA projects in coordination with implementation partners. ensure design consistency across domains by identifying interdependencies and integration points. monitor the progress of cross-functional workstreams and manage critical functional integration points with support from the internal IT consulting team. Governance & Best Practices participate in architecture boards and design authority committees. promote industry best practices, supported by benchmarks and early evaluations. Leadership Competencies & Required Skills proven experience as a SAP Functional Integration Lead or Architect, ideally in S / 4HANA transformation programs. strong cross-domain knowledge of Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes and their integration in SAP. Votre profil Ideal Experience 10 years of experiences in an international IT environment Professional and soft skills proven experience as a SAP Functional Integration Lead or Architect, ideally in S / 4HANA transformation programs. strong cross-domain knowledge of Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes and their integration in SAP. ability to design and document target enterprise architecture in complex, multi-entity environments. prior experience in PMO roles or functional coordination is a strong asset. excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. fluent in English and Conversational French. German is a big plus. some travel could be required in Europe and US.
