What You’ll Do Lead complex digital‑transformation programs leveraging ServiceNow’s enterprise platform. Design end‑to‑end architectures across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and industry‑specific modules (e.g., Telecom Inventory / TNI, Supply Chain, Field Service). Define strategy and governance models (CSDM, CMDB), oversee integration with surrounding ecosystems, and ensure platform scalability and performance. Your Responsibilities Will Include Leading design sessions and defining target architecture and implementation roadmap. Driving large platform deployments and migrations (ITSM → ITOM → AI Control Tower). Supervising integration of AIOps, Event Management, and Discovery for full‑stack visibility. Advising clients on ServiceNow governance, license optimization, and best practices. Coaching delivery teams and supporting pre‑sales or thought‑leadership initiatives. What You’ll Bring 7–15 years of experience leading ServiceNow programs for large organizations. Proven expertise across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB; strong command of CSDM principles. Hands‑on experience implementing Telecom Inventory / TNI or other industry solutions. Mastery of integrations, data modeling, and workflow automation using ServiceNow APIs. Familiarity with AI Control Tower, predictive analytics, and AIOps capabilities. Certifications: CSA, CIS – ITSM/ITOM, CTA / Architect / Implementation Specialist would be a plus. Experience managing delivery teams, defining governance, and ensuring platform adoption. Strong client‑facing communication and leadership in digital‑transformation contexts.
