Engineering Team Lead

OverviewWe are looking for a talented Engineering Team Lead to join our Product, Design, and Engineering organization and help shape the future of spend management. As an Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for a team of 4 to 6 software engineers, collaborating closely with a Product Manager and Product Designer. You will drive your team’s objectives and ensure successful delivery against clear KPIs and defined SLOs. You will champion the growth and engagement of your team members, supporting their career development, performance management, and recognition through promotions and development plans.
