Create Broadcast Magic as Production Manager in Live Sport at Major International Tournaments 🗓️ Contract type: Fixed- until end July 2026 📍 Based in Paris, France. We manage everything from pre‑production planning to live broadcast execution, ensuring every moment is captured perfectly. About the Role Production Leadership & Innovation Develop and manage a comprehensive production plan Support the live editorial team on defining workflows and procedures to achieve a world‑class coverage Lead the implementation of specialised cameras in coordination with Engineering department Oversee event‑time Production delivery both at venues and central operations Team & Resource Management Guide and support a team of project coordinators Manage relationships with technical suppliers and contractors Develop and implement staff training programs Budget & Operations Control Drive production budget forecasting and optimisation Coordinate scheduling for centralised and stadium‑based deliverables Ensure seamless collaboration across all HBS departments What makes a successful candidate? Proven experience in production or broadcast environment with a focus on live production (OB and or centralised), preferrable in sports events Experience with special cameras and remote workflows Strong project & supplier management skills in media production Knowledge of broadcast production standards and equipment Understanding of production workflows and processes Experience with industry‑standard software and tools Team leadership skills and coordination abilities Be fluent in English with excellent communication abilities HBS is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
