We hire the best people and support their growth through coaching and development opportunities.ResponsibilitiesThe Operations Coordinator works on a specific subset of services we deliver (e.g., claims, fraud, clinic management). Core responsibilities (about 70–80% of the time) include:Run our Insurance or Health services processes (Ops Runner)Day-to-day follow-up and monitoring of operationsFlag risks and opportunitiesIn detail, responsibilities include:Operating our processes (invoicing, claims treatment, managing provider network, supporting internal teams with live operations and documentation)Defining and owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes, efficiency, SLAs, and to identify risks and improvement areasSupervising partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation, claim operators), negotiating, and ensuring business continuityPerforming controls on daily operations to ensure correct decisions and identify training needsEscalating feedback and prioritizing initiatives to improve processes and servicesAdditionally, you will implement continuous improvements to our processes (about 20–30% of the time), such as automation, external communications enhancements, and process auditing.Experience & SkillsExperience: We hire within the A2-B level range. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds including operations, support, and customer-facing roles. Examples include:Operated processes/services for companies during scale-up or in industrial/logistic sectorsWorked in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations, etc.)Customer-facing Commercial experience (e.g., account manager or Customer Success Communications)Event coordination experienceSkills:Passionate about delivering and optimizing top-notch operations; willing to dive into technical processesStrong problem-solver with a member/customer satisfaction focusHighly organized with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication in English and French (C1+), with empathyAble to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable and flexible to varying situationsNice to have: experience in insurance or healthcare; analytics skills to explore dataRoles and PoolsOur Run organisation comprises pools of 3–7 Ops Runners responsible for specific topics.
