Chef.fe de Projet Digital IT – H/F Join to apply for the CHEF.FE DE PROJET DIGITAL IT - H/F role at GS1 France. GS1 France is committed to a phase of acceleration of its digital transformation. In this context we create a key position within the Operations Directorate, reporting to the Head of Information Systems: a Chef.fe de Projet IT whose mission will be to centralise and successfully deliver the organisation’s strategic IT projects. This role is at the heart of our future performance and our ability to innovate for our members. Responsabilités Leadership et Pilotage Stratégique Guarantees the execution of the IT projects portfolio. Cadrage et Lancement Define requirements with business stakeholders, draft functional and technical specifications and obtain the decision of the Steering Committee. Planification et Suivi Develop robust project plans, track progress (milestones, budget, resources) and provide transparent reporting to the Head of IT and the Steering Committee. Maîtrise des Risques Identify, analyse and anticipate risks (technical, budget, scheduling) and implement corrective action plans. Garantie de Conformité Ensure each project complies with cybersecurity, quality, GDPR, and internal IT governance requirements. Coordination et Communication Inter‑équipes Coordinate internal teams (infrastructure, development, security, data) and external partners (integrators, vendors, providers) in a multi‑project mode. Facilitate information flow and coherence of technical choices. Lead governance meetings, presenting progress, key indicators and arbitration proposals. Amélioration Continue et Culture Agile Contribute to the implementation and improvement of project management methods (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). Perform a technological and methodological watch to propose innovation and optimisation opportunities. Disseminate best practices of project management and Agile methodology within the IT unit and among business teams. Qualifications Degree: Bac +5 in Computer Science, Project Management or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 7 years as an IT Project Manager, ideally in a centralisation or major digital transformation context. Compétences Requises Methodologies: Proven mastery of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall) project management methods. Functional Expertise: Ability to analyse complex business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications. IT Environment: Solid understanding of IT systems challenges (infrastructure, application development, data security, cloud). Tools: Mastery of project planning and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project). Qualités Requises Collaborative Leadership: Ability to rally multidisciplinary teams (internal and outsourced) around common goals without direct hierarchical authority. Rigour & Organisation: Uncompromising capacity to structure, plan and track multiple projects concurrently. Impactful Communication: Excellent relational skills, service orientation and ability to synthesise complex information for the Steering Committee. Results Orientation: Proactive, autonomous, and committed to meeting deadline, budget and quality targets.
