LE CHALLENGE QU'ELLE VOUS PROPOSE Type de contrat : CDI Managé(e) par le/la Directeur·rice Retail / Responsable Régional(e), vous intégrez une équipe de management structurée autour d’un store manager, d’un(e) adjoint(e) et d’un floor managers. Votre mission : élever, structurer, incarner. Piloter et animer une équipe de plus de 60 collaborateurs dans un environnement à très forte affluence. Assainir et harmoniser les pratiques managériales pour garantir un niveau d’exigence et d’excellence élevé. Structurer et déployer des rituels managériaux clairs (briefs, organisation des shifts, objectifs par zone…). Accompagner et développer les équipes afin de faire monter en puissance les managers intermédiaires. Garantir une expérience client fluide et irréprochable malgré un flux quotidien exceptionnel. Renforcer la culture retail de la boutique en appliquant les meilleures pratiques des flagships internationaux. Porter et incarner l’image de la maison, sa vision et ses standards. CE QUI FAIT VOTRE DIFFÉRENCE ? Formation : Bac+5 minimum en management, gestion, école de commerce ou spécialisation retail / luxe. Expérience :5 ans d’expérience en management retail, idéalement en flagship, grande surface de vente ou environnement à forte volumétrie.
