Direct message the job poster from Symbiose ManagementWe are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to support the deployment of Symbiose' innovative technology for enterprise clients in the forest market.We are looking for someone who:is a motivated generalist software engineer and looking to join a team of experienced and innovative individuals.is excited about the opportunity to join a mission-oriented and high-potential start-up, anchored in pioneering science and focused on delivering best-in-class data and technology for nature-based solutions.The Full Stack Software Engineer will work closely with the Technical and Commercial Teams to build, improve, and expand the customer-facing Symbiose Platform web application.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain the front-facing web application and API which deliver Symbiose's unique data insights to customers.Use agile methodologies to manage and prioritize tasks under the guidance of a senior engineer.Work with the product team to understand customers and industry trendsand implement features that address user needs and improve their experience.Provide direct customer support, assisting users with technical issues using the API or platformQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience5+ years of professional software engineering experience5+ years of experience with TypeScript, Python, HTML, and CSS, with a strong understanding of modern web software architecture patterns, infrastructure deployment, databases and algorithmsStrong communication skills, and desire to work in a collaborative team environment, including regular code reviews, architecture planning meetings, pair programmingIdeal candidates will haveExperience with web mapping technologies such as Mapbox GL, Deck.gl etc.Experience with deploying customs web application/services to cloud-hosted services, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (AWS experience preferred)Location + Time CommitmentThis is a full-time, hybrid position in Paris (Station F).
