  • Management des développeurs et tech leads.
  • Définition et implémentation de la stratégie IT sur les produits (back-end, front-end, data, SEO).
  • Accompagnement de proximité avec les équipes.
  • Amélioration des performances techniques (tests, qualité, web performance).
  • Collaboration avec les équipes Produit, Marketing et Sales.
  • Adoption d'une culture Lean axée sur l'efficacité et les résultats.

Missions principales:

  • Management des développeurs et tech leads: 20 personnes
  • Définition et implémentation de la stratégie IT sur les produits (back-end, front-end, data, SEO)
  • Accompagnement de proximité avec les équipes
  • Amélioration des performances techniques (tests, qualité, web performance)
  • Collaboration avec les équipes Produit, Marketing et Sales

Profil recherché:

  • 8 ans d'expérience en développement web avec au moins 5 ans en management d'équipes tech.
  • Expertise dans les environnements web/mobile et les marketplaces/B2C.
  • Leadership fort avec une vision stratégique et une approche hands-on.
  • Connaissance des best practices (qualité, performance, tests).
