Senior Functional Analyst – AlithyaLocation: Cagnes-sur-Mer, France. 4 months full-time attendance required at the start, followed by 2 days per week hybrid teleworking.Your role, your impactAs a Senior Functional Analyst, you’ll join a business team of two functional analysts working in Agile mode (Scrum/Kanban). You’ll use Jira, Confluence, and Xray tools, and work in a context of gradual migration from a Mainframe IS to a Java 17, Kafka, and Jenkins environment. This environment includes around a hundred applications, several of which are major.Your day-to-dayGather and analyze business requirements.Lead functional workshops.Write specifications and design mock-ups.Present requirements to developers and monitor developments.Qualify deliverables and analyze anomalies.Contribute to the migration to the new IS.Keys to your successProven experience (minimum 3 years) in functional analysis, ideally in complex environments.Proficiency in Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and related tools (Jira, Confluence, Xray).Ability to gather and formalize business requirements, write clear and testable specifications, and design UX mock-ups.Comfortable communicating with developers, understanding technical constraints and reading code if necessary.Extra edgeKnowledge of Java/Spring, Kafka, Jenkins environments and IT migration issues.Language SkillsFrench: Proficient.Our mission, your futureAs a global network of trusted advisors, we create cutting-edge technological solutions to overcome today’s challenges and anticipate tomorrow’s needs.
