Our Legal Department plays a key role in supporting the growth and operational excellence of our business while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. To strengthen our team in Toulouse, we are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to support our La Palette Rouge (LPR) division. About the Role Key Responsibilities 1. Legal & Business Support for La Palette Rouge Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements -> a wide variety of commercial agreements;, and legal documents. Provide day-to-day legal advice on commercial, corporate, and contractual matters. Support operational teams with clear, business-oriented legal guidance. 2. Group-Level Legal Activities Assist the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsels with Group-wide legal initiatives. Contribute to the development and delivery of legal and compliance training. Support the maintenance and improvement of standard legal documentation. Participate in data protection compliance and corporate housekeeping activities. 3. Internal Networking & Legal Alignment Build strong relationships across departments and countries. Promote early legal involvement in business processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. Help harmonize legal practices across the organization. 4. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the General Counsel & Company Secretary and the Senior Legal Counsels. Collaborate with staff departments and business teams across Europe. Performance Indicators Quality and timeliness of legal documentation Effectiveness of compliance support Stakeholder satisfaction Proactive legal engagement within the business #J-18808-Ljbffr
