Job Description Comprising 1,650 researchers spread across 14 Research Centres around the world, our Global R&D team aims to continuously improve the quality of steel and its manufacturing processes. This involves investigating and developing disruptive technologies, reducing the carbon footprint of steel, and optimizing costs while maintaining uncompromising quality. The team's strong multicultural diversity, with over 30 nationalities, offers international experience and makes it possible to meet global needs. The aim of the Maizières Products research centre is to contribute to an ArcelorMittal differentiated product offer (versus other steelmakers and competitive materials) through the development of new steels adapted to automotive customers’ need evolution. Our main activities are related to the development of new steel products, building up in-use guidelines to facilitate the introduction of these products to the customers and to give technical support to customers and plants. Your role ArcelorMittal Global R&D is developing new decarbonized steel grades for several industries using up-to-date digital tools to foster the time-to-market. You will join a team of researchers in Maizières-lès-Metz with strong worldwide relationships with ArcelorMittal mills and other R&D labs. Responsibilities Interact with researchers and scientists to understand their needs and propose customized developments Participate to the definition of data architecture Develop, maintain and upgrade a software platform for R&D activities and ArcelorMittal product offer promotion Actively participate to the R&D digitalization by extending and optimizing data sources Your profile You hold a Master’s degree in a field related to Information Technology. You have experience in fullstack development (minimum 5 years). You have technical skills in: Front-end (React) Back-end (Node.js) Database: MongoDB Authentication: JWT, OAuth Tools & DevOps: Git / GitHub You are fluent in French and English. You are able to understand customers' needs. You are flexible, with a team spirit and an analysis and synthesis mindset.
