Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to join our team in Levallois-Perret, France. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support our organization's HR processes and data management needs.Administer and maintain HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and securityDevelop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-makingCollaborate with HR teams to identify process improvements and implement HRIS solutionsManage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementationsProvide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalitiesEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policiesAnalyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvementDevelop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides and standard operating proceduresCollaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systemsStay up-to-date with HRIS trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field3-5 years of experience in HRIS or related fieldProficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCMStrong data analysis and reporting skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiencyExperience with SQL and database managementExcellent problem-solving and project management skillsKnowledge of HR processes and best practicesUnderstanding of data privacy and security regulations, including GDPRStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHRIS certifications (e.g., HRIP, SHRM-CP) preferredFluency in English required; knowledge of French is a plusAdditional Information #J-18808-Ljbffr
