Job Purpose The Cybersecurity Manager provides technical expertise and hands‑on support across ATR’s cybersecurity activities. The role supports the Information Security Management System (ISMS), participates in risk assessments, cyber‑by‑design initiatives, supplier evaluations, incident response, and documentation of compliance evidence. Key Responsibilities ISMS Operational Support Produce and maintain ISMS documentation (procedures, control evidence, records, KPIs). Support internal audits and compliance assessments. Monitor cybersecurity controls and remediation follow‑up. Provide evidence for EASA, OSAC, DSAC audits. Continuously improve ISMS processes. Cyber Risk Assessment & Analysis Perform SRA analyses under ISMS Officer supervision. Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and applicable controls. Maintain the Information Security Risk Register. Track mitigation actions and document findings. Prepare technical summaries and recommendations. Security‑by‑Design Support (Engineering, Programs, IT) Support cyber‑by‑design activities for Engineering and IT projects. Define technical cybersecurity requirements for aircraft systems, IT solutions, digital projects, and suppliers. Contribute to design reviews and traceability of requirements. Perform security evaluations, provide technical inputs, and support integration tasks. Act as Product Security Officer for product‑level analyses. Supplier Security & Procurement Support Conduct supplier cybersecurity assessments (questionnaires, evidence checks, scorecards). Support Procurement in integrating cyber requirements into RFPs and contracts. Follow supplier compliance deliverables. Provide technical insights for Make/Buy decisions. Awareness, Training & Cyber Culture Prepare materials for cybersecurity awareness campaigns and support delivery. Contribute to internal communication content (guidelines, quick‑reference materials). Provide technical coaching to project teams when requested. Incident Response & Technical Investigations Support IT during incident diagnostics and evidence gathering, contributing to containment, analysis, and documentation. Identify, analyse, and qualify vulnerabilities across systems, applications, configurations, and supplier deliverables. Support vulnerability triage and remediation follow‑up with IT and Engineering teams. Contribute to root‑cause analyses and lessons‑learned documentation. Assist in improving detection and response processes. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or systems/software engineering. Technical knowledge of Networks & Protocols: TCP/IP architectures, firewalls, proxies, VPN. Operating System security: Windows Server and Linux. Security Tools: SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, WAF, PKI solutions. Cryptography: encryption and key‑management principles. Programming: Python, Bash/Shell, PowerShell. Cloud Security: familiar with AWS, Azure or GCP security mechanisms. Product Security: contribute to cybersecurity evaluations for ATR products and systems. Basic understanding of ISO 27001, Part‑IS, NIS2, NIST CSF. Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset. Experience working transversely with Engineering, IT, Programs, Procurement.
