The Care Ops role presents an opportunity to join a team with high talent density, distributed ownership, and ambitious objectives, including:People: Join a team empowered by Crew Leads and a proven internal mobility engine.Processes: Manage high volumes, collaborate with Product and Sales, and partner with external teams in France and Spain.Innovation: Contribute to automating 40 % of member conversations and scale to 3 million members.Role & ResponsibilitiesCollaboration: Work closely with Care, Ops, Data, Engineers, and Product teams.Efficiency and Performance MonitoringConduct deep dives into performance monitoring (SLAs, ticket‑level framework, etc.) and share actionable findings.Identify areas where processes don’t scale, prioritize them, and introduce solutions that include automation, externalization, or AI‑driven use cases.Push and prioritize efficiency needs to the Product crews.Contact ExperiencePilot the launch of new contact channel projects, such as a direct phone line for large and very large deals and digitally challenged members.Support the globalization of Alan’s contacting experience and anticipate impacts for the Care Community.ToolingIdentify and prioritize scalable tooling improvements and propose automation and AI‑driven use cases.Collaborate with Product to improve tooling stack efficiency.Lead implementation of new processes and push adoption across relevant parties.Evangelise AI within the Community to foster understanding and integration.Own the tooling stack (Automation Platform, Intercom, Dust, Klaus, Aircall, etc.) and act as the point of contact for tooling needs, ensuring compliance with security and legal requirements.Manage business partnerships with external providers and oversee RFP processes.Who You Will Excel AsPossess strong written and verbal communication skills in English & French.Have excellent project management and leadership skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.Be passionate about process optimisation and implement solutions in a quick and iterative way.Have an organised and structured mindset.Showcase robust data analytics abilities (SQL highly desirable).Be able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.Demonstrate excellent growth potential.Show interest in no‑code, AI, and tooling.Whether you are a recent graduate with a passion for AI and no‑code or an ops professional with 3‑5 years of experience, we want to hear from you.
