You’ll be able to tackle a high‑impact & high‑pace project involving many stakeholders. You'll design and enhance a powerful platform used daily by thousands of members, scaling rapidly. You’ll have the opportunity to influence the product direction, mentor other engineers & lead technical initiatives that shape the future of the e-commerce platform. We’re looking for a candidate who has: 5+ years of engineering experience with a track‑record of leading major initiatives from conception to delivery. Full‑stack engineer enthusiastic about working across the entire stack, with a specialisation in backend development. Member‑facing product expertise – you understand what it takes to build delightful user experiences at scale. Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross‑platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in Object‑Oriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#. A collaborative, team‑first mindset – you thrive on working closely with others, actively seek alignment within the team, and contribute to a positive, high‑performing team dynamic. Clear progression in your career – increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. Humble and still willing to grow. Fluent in English (no need to speak French).
