OverviewJoin to apply for the Site Reliability Engineer role at OUTSCALE. OUTSCALE, a Dassault Systèmes brand, is a sovereign and sustainable operator of the as-a-service experience, offering trusted technology environments. The role involves working within the Infrastructure Operating Center (IOC) and contributing to the TINA OS cloud orchestrator and related infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesDeploy and maintain operational readiness of the network/storage/compute infrastructures of 3DS Outscale located in Asia, Europe and North America.Keep the network infrastructures operational (over 6000 devices).Deploy and configure network, compute and storage equipment.Ensure stability and performance of the infrastructures by monitoring and proposing optimization solutions.Manage Level 2 tickets and resolve incidents.Participate in projects to evolve the infrastructures (backup, virtualization, monitoring, automation, etc.).Raise OS versions on various hardware equipment.Keep up-to-date with technological advancements in hardware.Contribute to documentation of procedures/reports and infrastructure diagrams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure overall infrastructure coherence.Provide regular on-call rotations to ensure continuous service.StackCompute: Cisco UCSSwitching: Cisco Catalyst, Nexus 5K/7K/9KRouting: Juniper, CiscoSecurity: Fortigate, F5Storage: NetApp, PureStorage, Object StorageScripting: Bash, PythonAutomation: Salt, AnsibleLinux, VMWare, KVMTools: Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Git, Confluence, Jira, Netflow, NDFC, NetboxProfile / PrerequisitesBac+5 in computer science; minimum 4 years of post-degree professional experience with diagnostic and problem-solving in a Linux environment.Solid knowledge of NetApp storage, networking (routing and switching) and virtualization protocols.Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, fluent in English.Rigorous, autonomous and curious by nature.Benefits and CultureJoin a scientific company at the heart of technological innovation with strong growth.
