Structure tech lancée en 2023 en pleine croissance, elle conçoit des applications mobiles métier pensées pour simplifier les usages terrain à destination de TPE/PME dynamiques.Portée par une forte culture produit, elle allie sens de l’exécution et attention à l’expérience utilisateur.Aux côtés du responsable de la verticale mobile, tu seras le premier recrutement en CDI sur ce périmètre stratégique.Objectif : structurer et faire évoluer une stack mobile moderne, au service de produits innovants.Tu interviendras sur des applications ambitieuses, en forte proximité avec les équipes produit et design. Environnement agile & bonnes pratiques, culture produit forte, projets multiples à fort impact et équipe soudée hyper engagée.Missions principalesConcevoir, développer et améliorer des apps mobiles B2B (React Native)Travailler en équipe avec un head of mobile, les designers, le CTO et les PMProposer, structurer et livrer des solutions orientées utilisateursSuivre les performances & comportements utilisateursGérer l’architecture, le delivery et la scalabilitéTravailler sur des features IAÊtre lead sur des sujets produits avec forte autonomieStack & environnementMobile : React Native, Expo, modules natifs iOS/Android, FlutterProfil recherché+ de 7 ans d’XP en développement mobile, dont 5 ans+ en React NativeExpérience avec Expo (dernières versions) & développement modulaire natifForte appétence produit : UI/UX, tests utilisateurs, delivery, feedback loopsCulture startup / entrepreneuriale : tu sais itérer, tester, décider viteTu as déjà ship des apps from scratch ou en scale-upBonne maîtrise de l’anglais (équipe internationale)Curiosité et rigueur technique ++ (animation, IA, perfs, etc.)Tu utilises ou es ouvert à des outils comme CursorTu as monté ta boîte ou porté un projet en soloExpérience en B2B mobileConditions & avantagesMatériel au choixCall 30min avec le Head of Mobile ou le CEOCas pratique technique ou fonctionnelÉchange avec le Head of BackendPourquoi les rejoindre ?Projet ambitieux, fort impact produitÉquipe jeune, talentueuse, passionnéeVibe startup : ownership, IA, innovation et exécution rapideMissions variées, produits internes et clients inspirants #J-18808-Ljbffr
