Senior AI Deployment Architect

We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock productivity by placing data and intelligence at the core of business processes - and for that, we need you to join us.The RoleAs a Senior AI Deployment Architect, you will work directly with customers to understand their problems and design, deploy and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using our Process Intelligence platform. In a presales and post sales capacity you will work closely with other AI experts across Product & Engineering and GTM to standardize these solutions and bring them to our customer base at scale.The role can be located out of any one of our Celonis offices. We are ideally looking for individuals with in-depth practical experience in delivering solutions to our customers.The role requires native skills in French.The work you’ll do:Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition and vision to customers and align our solutions with their AI strategyPrototype, develop, deploy and scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including both traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutionsIdentify and package scalable AI use cases across the Celonis platform, driving innovation and expanding our offeringsCollect and share AI success stories with the whole organization and our customersHelp define and lead execution on the roadmap for AI Lighthouse customersClosely collaborate with Product & Engineering and the Business Apps Teams to inform future product development based on customer feedbackTrain internal teams and help them position and deploy AI solutionsDesign and architecting end-to-end deployments that encompass AI, PI & AutomationThe preferred qualifications you need:Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.Proficiency in programming languages such as PythonExcellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutionsStrong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable & easily extensible solutionsStrong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution / technology for the respective customer pain pointBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field.Native FrenchWhat Celonis Can Offer YouPioneer Innovation:Work with the leading, award-winning process mining technology, shaping the future of business.Accelerate Your Growth:Benefit from clear career paths, internal mobility, a dedicated learning program, and mentorship opportunities.Receive Exceptional Benefits:Including generous PTO, hybrid working options, company equity (RSUs), comprehensive benefits, extensive parental leave, dedicated volunteer days, and much more.
