Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Architect to lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. This role is critical in shaping our Salesforce strategy, ensuring scalable and secure integrations, and guiding development teams in delivering best-in-class solutions. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to define the Salesforce architecture blueprint that aligns with business objectives and IT strategy. What You’ll Do: Define and own the Salesforce architecture across the enterprise, covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations. Translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. Create architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and high-level design specs. Guide and mentor Salesforce developers, admins, and analysts on best practices and technical standards. Evaluate and recommend Salesforce-native and AppExchange solutions as needed. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security policies, and data governance standards. Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and solution design sessions. Support the implementation of CI/CD practices and DevOps pipelines in the Salesforce ecosystem. Engage in stakeholder meetings to gather and refine business requirements. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and assess their applicability to the business What You’ll Need: 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in an architectural role. Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, integration patterns, and data modelling. Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration. Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to mentor and technically lead development teams. Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Application Architect Salesforce System Architect Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Salesforce Certified Data Architect Experience in merging different Salesforce Orgs into one. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP, legacy apps, data lakes). Background in enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
