As we move towards an ever-more sustainable and efficient organisation, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Administration and RDE (Research, Development & Engineering) Trainees.Administration and RDE Trainee: Responsibilities in Office and Research SupportProvide general administrative support to office, research, and engineering teams to ensure effective daily operations.Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking travel arrangements, and coordinating internal and external communication.Support the preparation and maintenance of documentation, data entry, and records management in compliance with company procedures and data protection regulations.Contribute to the organisation of departmental events, training sessions, and workshops.Assist RDE teams with research-related activities, literature reviews, and gathering technical data to support ongoing projects.Help track project timelines, deliverables, and progress in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Prepare reports, presentations, and technical materials under guidance from project leads.Participate in initiatives that promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across departments.Core Skills, Qualifications and Experience Essential for Administration and RDE SupportRecent graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field.Demonstrated interest in administration, research, or engineering support functions within an organisational context.Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with online collaboration tools is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.Good command of the English language; knowledge of additional languages (such as German, French, or Chinese) is an asset.Ability to adapt to new situations, embrace change, and work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.Strong motivation to learn, develop professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects.Administration and RDE Trainee: Learning and Development OpportunitiesGain hands-on experience in both administrative and technical environments within a global organisation.Participate in training programmes and mentorship with experienced professionals across business, engineering, and RDE functions.Develop practical skills in project coordination, office management, and research support.Contribute to initiatives that drive organisational efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.Opportunity to work in a diverse, multinational team and establish a widespread professional network.Why Begin Your Professional Journey at Autoliv?At Autoliv, you will become a valued member of an international team, benefiting from guidance, practical experiences, and meaningful personal development pathways.
