Based at our European Head Office, you’ll play a key role in improving website performance, driving organic growth, and supporting digital strategies across Europe.About the RoleAs an SEO Specialist, you will:Champion SEO across all marketing activities.Support and monitor Pan-European content creation aligned with SEO & UX best practices.Collaborate with developers and digital teams on technical SEO requirements and performance improvements.Conduct website audits, monitor site health, and inform roadmap priorities.Manage and deliver small-scale projects across European territories.Write user stories and acceptance criteria for BAU and project work.Support digital campaigns and communications with Product Marketing, Ecommerce & Commercial teams.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, documentation, site maps and development plans.Report on site health and SEO performance, identifying opportunities.Educate teams on SEO best practices across the company.Monitor and support local offices to improve SERP visibility.Develop and implement a Pan-European SEO strategy.Maintain CMS updates for SEO setup and localisation.Act as the go‑to SEO coordinator to provide support for local offices.Support European and global teams with SEO strategies and reporting.Assist with wider digital marketing tasks as needed.RequirementsDegree or relevant qualification in digital marketing or related subjectStrong SEO knowledge (onsite, offsite, technical).Experience with analytics & SEO tools (GA, GTM, SEMrush, etc.).Understanding of UX/UI, A/B testing & CRO.CMS experience and excellent communication skills.Strong organisational and project management skills.Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general computer applications.Experience of working on global / multilingual / multi node sitesAwareness of tech stacks and development standards - HTML, CSS, .netExperience of enterprise CMS platforms such as SitecoreExperience with Google MerchantExperience of task management & comms tools such as JIRA / TeamsUnderstanding of scrum or agile methodologiesWhat’s in it for you?📅 Closing Date: Friday 16th January 2026Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
