OverviewTo accelerate the Group's AI transformation, the AI Division is seeking senior data scientists to prototype and build AI solutions in close collaboration with business units and IT teams. The AI division is dedicated to accelerating the development of AI models and applications within CMA CGM, iterating closely with the business to build the solution and accompany the entire development and integration. The role requires a combination of strong technical skills, analytical capabilities, and communication skills. The candidate should be passionate about driving AI innovation, possess a strong technical foundation, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.Join us in shaping the future of AI at CMA CGM.ResponsibilitiesAccelerate AI projects by delivering models, data processing pipelines, analyses, or problem modeling.Lead projects, propose technical solutions, and present findings to executive members and business sponsors, while providing support to ensure successful team delivery.Drive AI initiatives, particularly within partnerships (e.g., Mistral, Google, Kyutai), while staying abreast of state-of-the-art research.Provide strategic guidance to business units and IT teams on AI; actively participate in the training and adoption of AI within the Group.QualificationsExperience: 4-8 years in a data scientist position or similar role.Education: Degree from a top engineering school, university, BAC+5, or PhD; specialization in mathematics, statistics, or computer science.Skills: Strong mathematical modeling and problem-solving abilities, with extensive knowledge in statistics, machine learning and deep learning (NLP is a plus); autonomy and adaptability; ability to synthesize and communicate effectively.Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark; experience with model deployment (Airflow, Gitlab, Docker) and/or deep learning (PyTorch, vLLM).DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Engineering and Information TechnologyIndustries: Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage, and Maritime Transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
