Architecte Chargé·e de Projet - Immobilier d'Entreprise Au sein du Pôle Architecture, vous interviendrez sur des projets neufs et en réhabilitation, dans le domaine de l'immobilier d'entreprise. Vous prendrez en charge les différentes phases de conception et de production, de l'étude capacitaire jusqu'au PRO-DCE, incluant le visa d'EXE et un suivi architectural de chantier. Vous travaillerez en collaboration étroite avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire (architectes / ingénieurs) et sous la direction d'un associé. Des déplacements ponctuels à l'échelle nationale sont à prévoir dans le cadre du suivi de projets. Profil recherché Diplômé·e en Architecture (HMONP appréciée). 5 à 10 ans d'expérience, avec une autonomie avérée sur les phases d'études. Excellente maîtrise de Revit et Autocad. Connaissance solide du cadre réglementaire lié à l'immobilier d'entreprise : code du travail urbanisme accessibilité sécurité incendie code de l'environnement Intérêt marqué pour les missions complètes et les projets à forte dimension technique. La pratique de l'anglais est un plus. Permis B apprécié. #J-18808-Ljbffr
