Your role : Reporting to the Talent/HR Director, you will be a central part of the team and will take ownership of the following areas:HR Administration & In-house PayrollManage and improve end-to-end payroll processing using our internal payroll toolHandle all payroll variables (leaves, bonuses, benefits, etc.) and social declarations (DSN)Liaise with social organizations (health insurance, URSSAF, pension, etc.)Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligationsContracts & OnboardingDraft employment documents (offer letters, contracts, amendments)Responsible for the complete onboarding process (DPAE, benefits enrollment, SIRH setup, etc.)Prepare and continuously improve onboarding experiences for new hiresHRIS & ReportingAdminister and update the HR Information System (HRIS)Build and maintain key HR dashboards (headcount, payroll, absences, etc.)Monitor and manage annual performance reviewsTraining & DevelopmentSupport the creation and follow-up of the training planCoordinate with training providers and our OPCOManage budgets and funding applicationsCross-functional HR ProjectsContribute to transversal HR initiatives (tools, documentation, process improvement)Take ownership of employer branding initiatives (school relations ..)Play an active role in enhancing the employee experience and HR structureThe working environment:A set of nice tools to work with :Silae for the payrollFactorial our brand new HRISLot of HR side projects to develop careers, work environment and diversityThe job has been made for you if : 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR administration and payroll (startup environment is a plus)You want to work in an international environmentSolid knowledge of French labor law and social obligationsHands-on experience with payroll software and HRIS toolsHighly organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and reliableEager to learn, grow, and take on new HR challenges beyond the admin scopeA real team player who thrives in a fast-paced and agile environmentWe are meant to work together if you : You like to work in a dynamic environmentYou are a real team player who wants to build a big success story with usYou are curious and eager to learnWhat we offer :Career booster: versatility, training opportunities, internal mobilityHealth insuranceRestaurant ticketsHoliday pay bonusPublic transportation allowanceTeleworking policyA flexible working environmentCompany events.Recruitment process :Application evaluations (CVs….)Talent InterviewTechnical InterviewMeet others AscendersReference checkNon-discrimination and diversity are our priorities.
