Your work will directly shape how Qonto’s Core Finance functions operate at scale.You will lead Qonto’s top finance transformation priority for 2026: the e-invoicing reform. This project is key to ensuring regulatory compliance while modernizing our finance systems and processes to support our growth toward one million customers.What you can expect:High-impact roadmap: Join at a pivotal moment as we scale our finance operations, with the e-invoicing reform as the first of several major transformation initiatives.Cross-functional exposure: Work closely with teams across Finance, Product, Tech and Growth, giving you a 360° view of how finance operates in a fintech at scale.Data-driven, hands-on culture: Use structured analysis to diagnose issues, design solutions, and measure impact—operating with high autonomy and access to senior leaders when needed.Continuous improvement: Help build and refine our finance transformation playbook, challenging existing processes and shaping how we work.Fintech environment: Work in a fast-moving, tech-enabled, and control-focused culture balancing agility, efficiency, compliance, and accuracy.About your future managerYour manager will be Marie Brandicourt - Head of Finance Transformation.About YouExperienced finance transformation leader with 6+ years driving end-to-end projects (ERP, invoicing, billing, compliance) in fintech, scale-ups, or consulting. Strong governance, risk management, and on-time delivery.Deep finance process expertise: able to map end-to-end finance flows, identify dependencies, and design pragmatic, compliant solutions (French regulations a plus).Structured problem-solver who uses data to diagnose issues, run RFPs, prioritize improvements, and turn recommendations into implemented change.Clear communicator & stakeholder manager, able to influence across teams and present complex topics simply to any audience.Autonomous, hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and builds processes from scratch.Language: Fluent in English (French a plus).At Qonto we understand that true diversity isn't just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist.
