Location: Lyon, France (Hybrid) Languages: English & French What you’ll do: Provide technical and people leadership, guiding agile engineering teams. Design and evolve high-performance, highly available microservices with observability built in. Roll out new services or enhance existing ones to meet product needs. Collaborate with product teams to shape new requirements and solutions. Play a key role in building the team from the ground up and fostering a culture people love. Be part of the M&S Accelerator leadership team, driving strategy and execution. Stay close to the code—while not coding daily, you’ll give hands‑on guidance to teams. What you’ll bring: Experience mentoring and evaluating engineering teams, with a track record of scaling systems sustainably. Strong practice in incident response and blameless postmortems. Frontend: React.js Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with executive stakeholders. Proven problem‑solving skills in complex environments. Education: MSc in Software Engineering / Computer Science (or equivalent). Work on products with global reach and real‑world healthcare impact.
