Responsibilities Engineer our employee affiliation engine: reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily. Simplify payroll and billing: craft tools that HR teams love. Build seamless integrations with platforms like Payfit and Workday. Automate workflows at scale across multiple countries. Make billing delightful: ensure invoices are accurate, reliable, and easy to manage. Collaborate across product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience. Qualifications Software engineer of any experience level, ideally with backend and full‑stack experience. Comfortable digging into complex business logic, especially around insurance and payroll. Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions. Experienced in building scalable systems that handle real‑world complexity. B2B experience is a plus. Well‑versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript). Fluency in English (French is a plus but not required).
