Junior Odoo & International Functional AnalystAs a Junior Odoo Functional Analyst, with an international focus.Experience requiredFrom 1 to 3 years.Salary rangeFrom 30k€, depending on the profile and the experience.We are seeking a functional analyst to join our expanding team in Toulouse. Our environment is flexible, dynamic, multicultural and international, emphasizing and encouraging collaboration between our different teams. The successful candidate will participate in the implementation of Odoo solutions for our clients in partnership with the rest of the team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to functional requirements.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in analyzing the functional needs of clients and propose Odoo-based solutions to meet those needs.Take part in the design and deployment of these solutions.Perform quality testing and configuration validation to ensure that features are in line with client requirements.Provide training for clients in the use of Odoo applications and support as needed.Maintain detailed documentation of projects and processes to facilitate communication and team alignment.Work closely with the project manager and developers to ensure that Odoo solutions are well integrated and functioning correctly.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with clients and team members in an international context.Ability to work independently, with great flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs.Master's degree or equivalent in information systems management, finance, computer science, or a related field.Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.Previous experience in implementing Odoo or other ERP projects is a plus.Functional and business knowledge such as sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, and payroll management.Additional technical skills such as familiarity with Python, XML, Github, or designing and implementing connectors.Any other language is a plus.About FalinwaThe best of Odoo for you.Present in 4 countries (France, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia) and with over 13 years of experience in Odoo integration (ERP/Information system) and External Financial Management, Falinwa Group is a major Odoo partner (partner for over 10 years, triple Gold status, international dimension Europe - Asia).
