Job Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and data‑driven FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Paris. This role is central to driving business performance, supporting strategic decision‑making, and enhancing our Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, particularly with NetSuite and Power BI, and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable financial insights. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models (e.g., budgeting, forecasting) to support business operations and strategic initiatives. Conduct in-depth variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and provide clear explanations of performance drivers. Prepare and automate recurring financial reports, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management and executive stakeholders. Leverage large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth. Actively assist in the development and improvement of the BI platform, specifically focusing on Power BI. Help design new data sources, build automated reports, and optimize data flows between NetSuite and analytical tools. Act as a power user of our financial systems, driving efficiency and data quality improvements. Collaborate closely with operational and business leaders to understand their financial needs, review performance, and provide financial guidance on projects and investments. Required Qualifications 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a highly analytical finance role, with background in external audit (Big Four or similar) or corporate FP&A. Master's degree from a top‑tier engineering or business school, with a focus on Finance. Advanced Excel modeling skills. Strong expertise and practical experience with Power BI. Experience with NetSuite or a major ERP system. Experience with BI or EPM tools for efficient data extraction and analysis is a significant advantage. Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
