Join to apply for the Product Owner role at The Adecco Group Product Owner is responsible for defining the requirements for a specific functional domain and/or a specific country / region / business unit of The Adecco Group Global Front Office product, acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team. This role involves prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements align with business goals and customer needs and that the product remains relevant, sustainable, compelling and competitive for the customers it serves. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, providing clear guidance and feedback throughout the development process to ensure successful product delivery and maximization of value. What you’ll be doing Act as the link between Business product owner and delivery team Take part of business requirement session and ensure requirement are documented with the right level of details. Participate actively on the solution roadmap definition. Work with the delivery team and ensure the requirements are well understood. Support the delivery team during the detailed design and validate their documentation. Ensure the right presence during Business demo or country demo when expected. Support and / or participate to the business Acceptance test of the project. Ensure that the IT and business project managers are supported during rollout phases. This includes: Onboarding rollout teams, both global and local, about the functional aspect of Front Office solutions Delivering demos of the solutions or delegate demos to fellow product owners in case a particular expertise is needed Driving the requirements gathering: organizing functional workshops with rollout team, especially business representatives, collecting requirements, understanding / documenting processes, challenging requirements and if necessary proposing alternatives, detailing requirements and acceptance criteria so that they can be estimated, entering requirements into backlog management solution (DevOps) Actively participating in the rollout analysis by detailing the requirements so that the delivery team can design the appropriate implementation Understanding and validating proposed design from the delivery team, challenging them and asking for alternatives if needed, from a functional and end‑user perspective Explaining design to project team, especially business to get their buy in Supporting the project team in the BAT and early live support period Supporting the project during the Train the Trainer sessions Ensuring that proper functional knowledge about the solution is transitioned to local business and ITD so that they can run the solution Maintain functional knowledge on country / Business Units (BU) implementation Stay in touch frequently with rolled out countries & BUs Collect, challenge and review design of country / BU requirements closely with the delivery team Participate to country / BU FO steerco to understand needs and promote FO solutions Participate to the solutions roadmap Keep up-to-date knowledge about their functional domain of expertise Contribute to the innovation activities when appropriate Make suggestion of improvements to global Front Office solutions Participate with the Global Front Office Lead to the elaboration of the global Front Office solutions roadmap Drive the requirements gathering, as explained above Validate the proposed design Organize the BAT and propose sign off decision to FO Solutions Lead Participate actively in the Product owners community Share knowledge with other product owners on their functional and/or domain of expertise Help identify potential requests that could be interesting across countries and could be proposed as enhancement of the core solution About you University Degree preferably in business or any comparable education Around 5 years’ experience as Product Owner CRM/Sales/Recruitment Business experience or good knowledge Experience with Salesforce welcomed Experience working in project mode Business consulting experience Experience in change management is an additional advantage Project Management skills will be considered a plus Knowledge of sales approaches is an advantage Strong team player Ability to build pro‑active, co‑operative working relationships with customers, peers and key stakeholders based on respect and teamwork Why choose us?
