Senior Site Reliability Engineer Canonical is a leading provider of open‑source software and operating systems to the global enterprise and technology markets. We are hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead next‑gen operations at scale, using pure Python infra‑as‑code from bare metal to containers and applications. You will work on hundreds of private cloud, Kubernetes and application clusters, advancing automation through a universal operator pattern and model‑driven operations. Responsibilities • Design, build and operate OpenStack, Kubernetes, and software‑defined storage environments.• Practise devsecops from bare metal to application, ensuring secure and compliant deployments.• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate infrastructure with applications and enable devsecops practices.• Continuously improve and maintain the full open‑source infrastructure stack, staying current with emerging technologies and driving upgrades for customers.
