This firm is known for its cyber expertise, strong internal culture, emphasis on teamwork, and commitment to both client success and consultant development.This role will provide the opportunity to work on high-impact projects while being actively involved in shaping the future of the company.The Role:As a GRC Consultant, you will work closely with enterprise clients across various industries, providing expert guidance on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). Your responsibilities will include:Advising clients on cybersecurity strategies and best practices.Managing and delivering GRC projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.Helping clients navigate regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.Contributing to the company’s internal development through knowledge sharing, innovation, and cross-functional projects.Core Cybersecurity GRC Consulting Experience Required:Candidates should have hands-on experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance, with knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks, such as:ISO 27001 / ISO 27005 – Information Security Management & Risk Management.NIS2 Directive – EU regulations for network and information security.GDPR – Data privacy and protection compliance.Cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies (EBIOS, NIST Risk Management Framework, or equivalent).Security controls frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, COBIT).Third-party risk management and vendor security assessments.What We're Looking For:3+ years’ experience in GRC consulting (ideally 4-6 years).Strong strategic advisory skills—not just execution.Proactive mindset with the ability to manage projects and deliver real impact.Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.Passion for cybersecurity and a willingness to contribute to internal initiatives.This is a company that will invest in your career development, fund your certifications and provide clear career growth.
