# Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (H/F)## Gleamer recrute As a Senior fullstack engineer of the newly formed frontend team, you will:* Build and maintain agentic web applications with real-time processing capabilities* Design scalable, cloud-based architectures for high-volume medical reports processing* Drive architectural frontend design decisions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.* Collaborate closely with other engineering teams to define integration standards and best practices.* Work with product and clinical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions* Mentor junior engineer growing as fullstack engineers**Our stack :*** Frontent: React, TS* Backend: Java* Infrastructure : Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP, ArgoCD, Rancher* Monitoring: Grafana* Versioning: Github* Others: Github Actions, Figma, Jira, Slack## Profil recherché **Hard skills*** 8+ years of frontend and backend software development experience, with strong expertise in **React** and **Typescript**.* 2+ years of experience working on a SAAS platform* Proven experience designing and operating frontend applications at scale.* **Ideally:** + Experience building web-based desktop apps and web extensions + Experience working in the medical industry **Soft skills*** Fluent in English and French* Strong communication skills with a focus on team collaboration and ownership* Ability to mentor junior engineer (no management)* Strong empathy with customer needs and problems* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills**A word from the manager :**"Hello, I'm Arthur Thévenet.
