Social network you want to login/join with:Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Officer, ParisClient: SCORLocation: Paris, FranceJob Category: OtherEU work permit required: YesJob Reference: ef557576393cJob Views: 4Posted: 07.07.2025Expiry Date: 21.08.2025Job Description:You are acting as the point of contact for our local entities on the implementation of Scor’s Third Party Risk Management Framework.The TPRM Officer contributes to the effective and efficient operationalization of applicable regulations, internal standards, and control frameworks within the Scor Group, and to sound governance of Third Parties from onboarding to exiting the relationship.The TPRM Officer is a seasoned professional with relevant experience and expertise in governance (including effective reporting), operational risk management, and regulatory matters related to Third Parties in the Insurance/Reinsurance sector (DORA, SII/Outsourcing, ESG, CSRD, etc.).First Pillar: Third Party Governance and TPRM Framework ImplementationScor receives services from various Third Parties. The TPRM Officer implements and improves Scor’s TPRM framework to:Manage operational risk related to Third Parties throughout their lifecycle.Monitor Third-Party performance and controls, especially ICT Third Parties and Outsourcers.Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.Provide management insights on the Third-Party portfolio.The TPRM Officer identifies critical Third Parties, ensures monitoring, and advises throughout the lifecycle, including reviews, risk assessments, and mitigation activities.Second Activity Pillar: Regulatory Implementation and ReportingAssist in implementing regulations impacting the supply chain, identify gaps, support audits, and propose mitigation actions.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplement and enforce the TPRM framework.Develop policies, processes, and tools supporting the framework and regulatory compliance.Train and support contract owners.Ensure governance of critical Third Parties.Support exit strategies and termination plans.Engage with assurance functions and regulators.Maintain regulatory registers.Support onboarding, compliance monitoring, and reporting.Collaborate across organization levels and with stakeholders.Required Experience & CompetenciesMinimum 5 years’ experience in Third Party Risk management in a regulated industry.Data analytics, reporting, and process engineering skills.Knowledge of relevant regulations (EBA, EIOPA, DORA, etc.).Deep understanding of third-party lifecycle management.Attention to detail and advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint, PowerPoint.Leadership and communication skills.Required EducationMaster’s degree in Business, Legal, Risk Management, Compliance, or related fields. #J-18808-Ljbffr
