Founded in 2007, we are now a team of 80+ consultants based in Paris, London, Lyon and Madrid. Business Units Corporate Strategy: We deliver strategic development projects for global asset managers, including business strategy, market entry, distribution strategy, product development, inorganic growth and investment process enhancement. Private Equity: We support private equity firms throughout the deal life cycle, helping them make better investment decisions and generate stronger returns, and advise on firm strategy and development to drive value creation. Sustainability Advisory: We help clients design and implement a Responsible Investment strategy and operating model, supporting investors and portfolio companies in defining and embedding ESG and sustainability ambitions across the investment value chain. Position Overview To support the growth of our Corporate Strategy practice, we are recruiting consultants. As corporate strategy consultants, your work typically focuses on a core set of internal strategic initiatives for our clients: designing business development strategies, assessing inorganic growth opportunities, and supporting product development and benchmarking. Each project lasts from three to six weeks and involves a dedicated team of up to five people collaborating from start to finish. As a consultant you will have the opportunity to attend meetings with clients and Indefi partners. Responsibilities Designing business development strategies (e.g., market entry, product innovation and distribution). Assessing inorganic growth opportunities (e.g., target screening, due diligence, strategic reviews, M&A support). Supporting product development and benchmarking (e.g., evaluating or redesigning investment processes, adapting products for new markets and channels). Support strategic engagements for top‑tier global asset managers by collecting data, driving analyses, conducting field research and interviews with market experts, shaping hypotheses, developing recommendations and presenting findings to leadership teams. Collaborate proactively as a committed member of the Indefi team, ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards and consistently exceed client expectations. Leverage prior experience and industry knowledge to become an internal subject‑matter expert and advise on the strategic implications of transformation across asset management organisations. Act as a role model and contribute to the training and development of junior colleagues. Required Qualifications Degree from a top‑tier business or engineering school/university. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience at a strategy consulting firm, a strategy division or M&A department of an international group, an investment bank, an asset management or private equity firm. Strong skills and experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Full fluency in English and German; good working knowledge of other European languages is a plus. Why Join Us?
