Autoliv Gournay-en-Bray, Normandy, France Finance Manager Commercial Vehicle Autoliv’s primary goal is to save more lives by developing seatbelts, airbags, and steering wheels. This role is part of the Finance Department within the Commercial Vehicle business area, acting as an advisor and business partner to support decision-making, KPI design, and financial analysis. The Finance Manager Commercial Vehicle will work closely with the Director Finance MSS and oversee the following responsibilities: Monitoring changes in AMIS market information data Developing and maintaining early‑warning systems for sales changes, price reductions, and significant orders Reporting and following up on actual versus plan comparisons Coordinating sales accruals with the Business Unit in cooperation with the Finance team Calculation and benchmarking Project controlling Pushing cost‑reduction initiatives Controlling sales prices, annual and ad‑hoc price reductions, and one‑time give‑backs Identifying impacts of price changes in forecasts and actual numbers – ensuring invoiced prices are correct Creating and maintaining systems to drive commercial excellence focused on cash‑in improvements and sales‑price increases Maintaining monthly sales‑price accruals and other price‑related accruals according to SOX and USGAAP requirements Ensuring transparency of the impact of business decisions on Business Units and ALVs’ profitability Supporting the CV management team in building revenue pools, business cases, and rolling forecasts Measuring performance through the MBR process and driving profitability improvement Supporting strategic expansion, including financial and tax due diligence The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications: Very strong business understanding Knowledge of production/operational controlling in a plant environment Good understanding of Autoliv core plant‑level financial processes Industry‑specific (preferably Autoliv‑specific) financial experience Knowledge of financial reporting systems such as HFM, OneStream, AMIS, and analytics tools like PowerBI Open to working in a changing environment Strategic analytical thinker driven by results, able to develop analytical solutions and decision‑support material Ability to work cross‑functionally Ability to drive change and challenge the status quo Focus on forward‑looking development and decision support University degree in Finance or Business Administration, preferably MBA Production/operational controlling experience Strong relationship‑building skills Solid understanding of Autoliv core processes (a plus) Experience managing high‑level professionals Excellent oral and written English proficiency Preference for candidates located in Switzerland, Germany, or Romania We are committed to fostering personal and professional development, providing training and development programs that emphasize technical competency, leadership, and business management skills.
