The products you will work on

We are building next-gen health & digital products, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, including:

Digital Health products improving the patient experience and treatment adherence, through innovative digital products (Software as Medical Devices)

  1. Connected ecosystem solutions such as patients' glycemic control & full disease management, leveraging connected pens
  2. Symptoms checking apps able to understand disease and track symptoms
  3. Remote treatment solutions providing individual recommendations, accessible by anyone, anytime, anywhere
  4. Personalized care model informed by AI to identify symptoms' early signals and recommend corrective actions to the patient and the care giver

Omnichannel products supporting multi-channel engagement with healthcare providers & patients

  1. Multi-channel digital targeting platform to deliver tailored digital campaigns
  2. Machine learning and predictive analytics to improve engagement (calls, chats) based on feedback
  3. Recommendation engines for cross selling/up-selling and next-best action delivery to sales reps
  4. Tailored content delivery based on preference and viewing history

Digital Marketing products optimizing marketing campaign's reach and impact

  1. Market analytics tools to understand key dynamics across categories and identify growth/uplift potential
  2. Strategic allocation tools, able to dynamically model impact of different scenarios and achieve sales targets
  3. Tactical allocation tools, with built-in ROI response modelling, at "brand x touchpoint level"

Job Purpose

You as a Solution Architect

You are a dynamic technology leader interested in creating and designing state-of-the-art data platforms and technology stacks to support advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning initiatives. You are a valued influencer and hands-on leader who has delivered practical and scalable solutions. You have a keen eye for improvement opportunities and the demonstrated ability to deliver these opportunities using your broad technology skillset.

Your key responsibilities will be

  1. Design end-to-end solutions to meet business needs, within the agreed requirements, and are pragmatic and supportive of the strategic architecture direction
  2. Guarantees and promotes the right usage of standards for Processes, Applications and Infrastructure environments
  3. Leverages the existing Portfolio of digital products, catalog of services and promotes the usage of existing building blocks
  4. Designs and produces design documents and solution roadmaps showing the states of transition
  5. Verifies the consideration of non-functional requirements as part of the product backlog
  6. Orchestrates the delivery of interconnected technology components through the solution lifecycle
  7. Contributes to the prioritization of technology enablers in solution roadmaps
  8. Works in close collaboration with Business, Technology and Product stakeholders to contextualize the architecture design
  9. Remains up to date on company's standards, industry practices and emerging standards
  10. Contributes to standards of life cycle maintenance

Profile

Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Experience developing best Lean & Agile practices, policies, and/or procedures
  2. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  3. Drives proof of concept implementations
  4. Facilitates design and review sessions to define broad solutions with the big picture in mind
  5. Ability to assess new technologies and compile architecture decision records (ADRs)
  6. For more senior roles, mentoring and/or technology evangelism/advocacy experience is a plus

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Experience with cloud-based services (especially AWS managed services)
  2. Experience in agile development processes and DevOps methodology/principals
  3. Experience in GIT-based source code management (GitHub) and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices (GitHub Actions)
  4. Experience in specifying Infrastructure as a code (Terraform)
  5. Experience in Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless
  6. Experience in Javascript, Node.js, React and Flutter
  7. Experience in object oriented and test-driven development
  8. Experience with event-based systems/integrations
  9. Experience in automating deployment, scaling, and management of complex applications
  10. Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (AWS RDS)
  11. Solid understanding of networking concepts
  12. Experience in Integration Services (Informatica Cloud, Airflow) is a plus
  13. Knowledge with messaging solutions (EventBridge, SNS, SQS, Rabbit MQ, Kafka)
  14. Knowledge of Data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus
  15. Experience in working within compliance (e.g.: quality, regulatory - data privacy, GxP, SOX) and cybersecurity requirements is a plus
  16. Relevant cloud certifications are a plus

Your background

  1. 4-6 years of experience in a Developer or Solution Architect role
  2. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or similar field
  3. Experience in a healthcare company is a strong plus
