Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possibleYour roleWe are looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager who will be tasked with the provision of advice on new and complex transfer pricing topics, ranging from advices to business, audits, projects, documentation and APAs. Key to the success in this role will be both the Transfer Pricing technical skills and the ability to engage with key/senior stakeholders both within the business, the finance community and the tax team.Main responsibilities:Oversight on EssilorLuxottica's transfer pricing matters and partnering with multiple stakeholders to provide support on transfer pricing related issuesHandling transfer pricing analysis and reportingManaging and preparing transfer pricing documentation and agreements to support intra-group transactions in compliance with local regulationsConducting regular internal review of transfer pricing policies in accordance with the latest tax regulation developmentsProviding advice on transfer pricing implications of new business initiativesDeveloping, executing and maintaining the company's inter-company transfer pricing policiesSupporting transfer pricing audits and APAs, including responding to tax authorities on matters or queries relating to transfer pricingMain requirements:At least 5 years of experience in Multinational Group and/or Consulting Firms (Law Firm, Big 4 or equivalent) with focus on Transfer Pricing and Italian tax lawStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work autonomously on an international basisSolid experience with Office packages, with strong ability with excelFluency in English as a mustOther Languages, French, as a plusWhat’s in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
