Join to apply for the Index AOC Sales – FraBeLux role at MSCI Inc. Based in Paris, the MSCI Asset Owners & Consultants (AOC) Sales Specialist will drive the adoption of our Index, Analytics, ESG, Real Estate and Private Capital Solutions products by pension funds, insurance companies, central banks, foundations and investment consultants in the FraBeLux region. The role involves expanding into new accounts and managing existing client relationships, working in a consultative selling approach to add value through indexes, data, research, tools and solutions. Key Responsibilities Achieve targeted goals, including benchmark win and displacement to drive long‑term growth. Establish new client relationships and win new clients. Manage relationships with existing clients. Identify upsell and cross‑product selling opportunities. Position all MSCI products and research with key stakeholders. Strategic account planning. Answer detailed client inquiries about MSCI products and methodologies. Maintain accurate records of account visits and client conversations. Proactively solicit client feedback on new initiatives and future product development. Provide client feedback to Management, Research and Product Development. Skills and Experience Strong knowledge of the investment processes of the UK Asset Owners and Investment Consultant ecosystem. Knowledge of financial markets and trends in sustainable investing. Proven track record working across asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Real Estate, and Private Assets). Relevant institutional sales experience. Fluent in French, written and spoken. Excellent communication and time‑management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or CFA a plus.
