Possibility to be mobilized on project construction sites either in France or abroad.Job PurposeExecution of the HSE plan and any other Project requirements, taking into account Group HSE standards and provide expert advice and support at project & site level.Usual Reporting LineHSE site or Project Manager or levels above.Key interactionsSite employees, Project / Site teamsGovernment & local authorities, HSE professional bodies, Client / SC / Partner HSE representatives.Main accountabilitiesParticipates in Risk Management project activities (HAZID, HAZOP, ENVID,Sets HSE targets for projects through an HSE KPI setting processPrepare MDR & worked hours forecast for project executionEnsures the development, review and update of HSE deliverablesMaintains the Project HSE training plan and associated recordsReviews & arranges for the provision of project / site HSE equipment & training requiredDevelops Project-specific HSE plans, procedures, guidelines & documentationsMaintains HSE docs and records related to HSE. Implements HSE planDevelops the HSE Information Packs for main SC\'s and associated campaign materialCoordinates & interfaces with multi-centres and multi-entities for project HSE executionIdentifies trends regarding the recurrence of incidents and provide feedbackReviews all project / site accidents and assists in the coordination of accident investigationsEstablishes & maintains record of project audit findings, reports close out status of findingsConducts vendor / supplier qualification audits & assessmentsRole DimensionLeading very small-size projects independentlyPotential management of a small-size teamCoordination of standard assignments on one or several projectsRequirements & Experiential LearningsDegree or Diploma in HSE or suitable combination of education & experienceRecognized auditing qualificationKnowledge & experience with ISO 14, 45 and local regulationExperience in training and HSE program deliveryDigital skills to work on digitalization of HSE processesIntelex administration trainingAdvanced experience in the fieldGood problem solving & analytical skillsFluency in EnglishWhat’s next?Your profile will be seen and reviewed by our recruitment team and ultimately shared with a hiring manager if it is found to suit the needs of the role.
