ResponsibilitiesDefine, own, and evolve the performance and non-functional testing strategy and test plans.Design, build, and maintain a performance test automation framework, primarily using Gatling (Java-based).Develop automated tests for load, stress, endurance, capacity, resilience, availability, and disaster recovery scenarios.Leverage JMeter where appropriate (e.g., legacy systems, protocol-level testing, or comparative analysis).Integrate performance and non-functional tests into CI/CD pipelines.Prepare and manage realistic test data and environments.Analyze system behavior using application and infrastructure metrics (CPU, memory, network, GC, databases, etc.).Use Grafana and observability/monitoring tools to analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.Collaborate with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to resolve performance and reliability issues.Mentor QA engineers and establish best practices for performance and non-functional testing.Produce clear, actionable performance and reliability reports.Skills & QualificationsStrong experience building performance test automation frameworks from the ground up.Hands-on expertise with Gatling and Java (required).Working experience with JMeter.Experience with Grafana and system/application monitoring tools.Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.Proven commercial experience in non-functional testing, including:Performance & scalabilityResilience & fault toleranceAvailability & reliabilityDisaster recovery testingExperience in test strategy, planning, workload modeling, and defect management.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.Eligibility for EU Security Clearance is mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
