As a key member of our design team, you will contribute to groundbreaking initiatives to revolutionize the pharmaceutical industry, automate processes, and enhance the productivity and quality of life for our employees. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric solutionsCollaborate with researchers to understand user problems and motivationsCollaborate with design strategists to align with business goals and user needsContribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and efficiencyCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design conceptsRequirementsProven experience as a Senior UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skillsProficiency collaborating with research, strategy, and familiar with design thinking and user centric methodologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentFamiliarity with FigmaFluency in English (French is a plus)If you are passionate about creating meaningful user experiences and want to be part of a team that is driving innovation in the pharmaceutical industry, we would love to hear from you.
