Building World-Class Leadership Teams | Advanced Manufacturing | Semiconductor About the Company Solid-state battery facility Role and Responsibilities Develop project execution plans, review technical drawings, and oversee management, review, and cost control throughout the design and construction phases. Take ownership of construction activities, including MEP systems, fire protection, environmental works, interior fit-out, and public utility services. Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure milestones and schedules are achieved. Supervise central monitoring systems, power management, and fire alarm system operations. Control project delivery across schedule, cost forecasting, quality assurance, contract administration, engineering changes, design revisions, and final acceptance. Lead daily coordination meetings to manage construction site activities and team alignment. Manage cross-functional communication and negotiations with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and government authorities. Prepare, review, and approve engineering documentation to ensure full compliance with local codes and regulations. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
